Orders & Artwork Approval
All orders placed with BoxCraft are subject to approval and availability. Before production begins, customers will receive a digital proof for review. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details including spelling, design placement, dimensions, and colors.
Once the artwork is approved, BoxCraft is not responsible for any errors or changes requested afterward.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted based on specifications provided by the customer. Prices may vary depending on size, material, quantity, and finishing options. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
BoxCraft reserves the right to adjust pricing if project specifications change after the initial quote.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines begin after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to order complexity, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
BoxCraft is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom-made, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors caused by BoxCraft. Any claim must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order, along with photographic evidence.
If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
