At BoxCraft, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom packaging solutions tailored to your exact specifications. Because each order is made-to-order, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on quality assurance.
1. Custom Orders Policy
All of our boxes are custom manufactured according to the size, material, printing, and finishing options approved by you. For this reason:
Custom printed and custom-sized boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
Orders cannot be canceled after final design approval and production confirmation.
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your digital proofs and specifications before giving final approval.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive products that are:
Damaged during shipping
Defective due to manufacturing error
Not matching the approved artwork or specifications
Please notify us within 3–5 business days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require:
Clear photos of the damaged or defective items
Photos of the outer packaging
Order number and description of the issue
Once verified, BoxCraft will:
Reprint the order at no additional cost, or
Provide a partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
3. Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note:
Slight color variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products due to screen settings, material type, and printing processes.
Minor color differences within industry tolerance are not considered defects.
4. Shipping Issues
If your shipment is delayed due to courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control, BoxCraft cannot be held responsible. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Order Changes
Changes to artwork, size, material, or quantity must be requested before final approval.
Once production begins, modifications cannot be made.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
